It aint easy being brilliant...

Oh yes, big brother gasol is NOT a good first option, but he is a wicked second option, I heard somewhere that grizz trade Zbo for Gasol and a pick… I already think this is ridiculous for both teams, but what is your opinion on it?

I don’t like this one either.

In MY opinion, there isn’t a single aspect of the game in which Gasol isn’t superior to Zach Randolph.

He’s a better shooter, better passer, better teammate, better athlete, and a proven winner in this league. Not to mention, Randolph has been often injured throughout his career, and is coming off a season in which he was mostly injured, and was largely innefective when he did play.

I would take Gasol over Randolph any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

In my opinion, we would get the better of the deal long term, especially if you consider whether or not we hit the draft pick on the head.

For the Grizz, simply put, it would mean that Pau Gasol would be their 1st option. He’s a better player than his brother Marc, and though Rudy Gay is often underrated by many, Gasol is better and more valuable than him as well. Just as you and I agree, Pau Gasol is a poor first option, and has never guided any team to any success as it’s 1st option.

But it is a bad deal, overall, for both teams.

It’s simply a bad move.
