You long time Penn State fans may not wanna hear this, but…..

The university HAS to tear down that statue of Joe Paterno.

NOBODY not affiliated with the university is going to look at that statue and think of Joe Paterno the iconic football coach. They are going to think of Joe Paterno, the football coach who let a child molester run wild on his watch.

The university has to do something to ease the minds of these parents that are spending thousands of dollars to send their child to a university that by HAVING this statue out front is seemingly celebrating a very painful period in the lives of many.

They HAVE to do something to change that. The first step is tearing down this statue.
