How will Josh Beckett do in his Dodgers’ debut?

Normally, I would predict astronomically BAD numbers from Beckett in ANY start.

And tonight, really isn’t much of an exception.

Don’t let the Rockies 51-75 record fool you. That team can handle the sticks.

The Rockies rank 7th in runs, 6th in batting average, 6th in OBP, and 4th in SLG.

They stink because their ENTIRE pitching staff is as bad as Josh Beckett.

My predictions for Beckett’s 1st start:

5.1 innings, 11 hits, 4 K’s, 4 walks, 5 earned runs
