NFL WEEK 4 IN REVIEW: Cardinals 24, Dolphins 21

Despite a record setting day by Dolphins rookie QB Ryan Tannehill, the Arizona Cardinals’ improved to a shocking 4-0 via a 46 yard Jay Feely game winning field goal in overtime.

Ryan Tannehill broke a franchise rookie record set by Dan Marino nearly 30 years ago, and fell only 1 yard short of the all-time rookie total with 431 yards passing.

But it was Tannehill’s 2 turnovers on two big hits from the Cardinals’ D that lead to the Dolphins final 2 scores and eventially lead to a Cardinals’ victory.

Equally as impressive for the Dolphins were the 253 yards receiving on 12 catches by Brian Hartline.

What is spell binding to me is the 4-0 success of the Arizona Cardinals.

The Cards rank 25th in passing yards, 29th in rushing yards, 21st in defensive passing yards, and 15th in defensive rushing yards.

Yet here they are, 4-0.

I just can’t see that kind of success being maintained long term by a team putting up these kinds of numbers, but does it really matter to you what I think, Cards’ fans?

Your team is 4-0.
