Yep, I read that. The point of my post is simply that Favre had thought long and hard about retiring the past 5 seasons. But he was ALWAYS lured back by big money as a starting QB on a contender. The Eagles are CERTAINLY a contender. But ANYBODY who thinks that Favre is going to come back as a back up certainly hasn’t paid much attention to the NFL the past 15 years. As long as he is still breathing, I will NEVER rule him out of a potential comeback. Just NOT as a fucking back up. EVER!
