I know it hahaha. Trust me, I know vucevic and aflalo are not all stars by a long shot. And I almost went down to Orlando and fired Otis smith myself when he brought back hedo Turk. Plus the new gm didnt dazzle me with the lack of talent or picks we got.
ALL reasons why your team needs to tank it, my man.
The Magic ”playing hard” and winning 25-30 games to prove something to themselves ultimately will get them nowhere.
And I was STUNNED when the Magic brought Turk back…

I swear when I think a team will do good they’re going to end up sucking and vice versa. Like the jags doing good and the gators doing bad. I said the magic will be middle of the road. I wonder how that’ll surprise me haha
LOL.
Dude, I sincerely don’t see anyway in which the Magic don’t finish with the 2nd worst record in the East (behind the Bobcats).
Their roster is garbage, and to be honest, they NEED to tank it.
This is clearly a rebuilding situation, and the better draft picks they get, the better.
I realize I was wrong haha. I was blinded by watching Blaine improve over the offseason and watching preseason ball. Never again.
HAHA!
It’s all good!
That team has far bigger problems than just Gabbert, but yeah…
Like I said, we homers are just natuarally blinded.
66-16 for my Lakers isnt looking like such a brilliant prediction right now, is it?
NFL WEEK 9 IN REVIEW: Lions 31, Jaguars 14

Matt Stafford threw for 285 yards, Calvin Johnson caught 7 passes for 129 yards, Mikel Leshoure ran for 3 TD’s, and the Detroit Lions improved to 4-4 on the season.
Despite Calvin Johnson’s big game yardage wise, he failed to score a TD, and has only one for the season. The Madden Curse leads to more than just injuries, folks.
As far as the Jags are concerned, a good friend of mine told me that I was crazy after I predicted that the Jags would finish the season 3-13.
NO WAY they finished 3-13, he told me. They were a 7-9 team at the very worst, he said.
To “him” I would just like to say….do you want to concede defeat now or do you want to pull a Mitt Romney and wait and wait and wait even though everyone on Earth knows that it’s mathematically impossible for you to win?
It’s all good though, man.
Homer fans are often blinded to the obvious things that outside fans see so easily. Kinda like I was when I picked my beloved Los Angeles Lakers to go 66-16 this season….
Jimmer can ball a little bit though.
Oh, he could ball like a motherfucker in college against a shit ton of second tier schools….
shaaaauun asked: Theres at least one positive, The Red Sox were absolutely awful....
Lord knows you can’t get anything on the internet without a few “fuck you’s” thrown in there.
Very true.
Sometimes they are warranted, though…
shaaaauun asked: But I do think they have a decent shot at 7-9 maybe 8-8, a middle of the road team this season. To have them at 2-14 last in the AFC south behind the colts, thats ridiculous, no disrespect though. Andrew Luck is all that team has. Dwight Freeny's on the downside in a defense that doesnt fit him as a player. Like I said Im not calling them a playoff contender but they arent going to be as bad as youre making them out to be.
That is your opinion, man.
I based my opinion that the Jags will be last in the division due to their difficult schedule.
My word is not gospel, man.
If the Jacksonville Jaguars go 7-9 or 8-8, I will call myself your bitch and quit talking about them forever.
That is how confident I am that anything better than 4-12 simply isn’t going down.
I like chatting it up with passionate fans. I appreciate you taking the time to explain your opinions without name calling ANONYMOUSLY, like some others…
Maybe 2-14 was underrating them, but 7-9 is overrating them.
Maybe 4-12 to 6-10 is more like it.
But I’m not backing off my prediction. I made it, and I’m going to stick to it. I’m a man of my word.
Hope to talk to you more about the Jags later this season.
shaaaauun asked: I'm not trying to seem like a dick and attack you like that anon, he had some good points but he emphasized the wrong things Gabbert has come a long way since last year, youd a fool if they thought he was good But hes showing the promise of being a franchise qb Blackmon is already looking like a #1 receiver, Robinson is showing he isnt a free agent bust, the MJD thing is over with Hes not holding out and he even said the media overanalyzed it Plus they have a solid D They wont be 16-0(continued)
Thanks for not “being a dick.”
I KNOW they have a good D.
I put that in my season preview for them.
Not sure what basis you have to say that Gabbert is showing the promise of a franchise QB, though.
He may very well end up being quite decent, but isn’t one game and one loss to a Minnesota Vikings team that was 3-13 last season is a pretty small sample size for making such a bold statement.
I know you don’t agree with what I said, but trust me when I say that after 12 years of playing football, 22 years of watching it, and 3 years of writing about it, I know what I’m talking about.
What I said was based on what I have seen, not what MAY happen one day.
This is a 4-12 team at best.
At the end of the season, if they are 6-10 or better, I will post an apology to Jags faithful where I admit that I was wrong, and admit it to you personally.
But I sincerely don’t see that happening.
Hope you will keep reading the blog.
I assure you that the Jags will get as much credit as I can manage to give them with every win they pull off.
