Rap, for the most part, and with the exception of a few mc’s, simply isn’t as good as it used to be. Tons of rappers rapping about nothing. Lil’ Wayne running around calling himself the “greatest of all time,” when he isn’t even the best NOW. R.I.P. NATE DOGG

A true West Coast Hip Hop legend, Nate Dogg, has reportedly died at the age of 41. Nate has been battling health porblems ever since 2007, and has had two strokes since then.

Every time I have EVER heard a Snoop Dogg or Dr. Dre song with ANY singer on the chorus besides Nate Dogg, I have thought to myself, “Damn, they should’ve put Nate on this track.” Even as recent as Dr.Dre’s first single in years, “Kush” I thought that.

And now, I am POSITIVE that I will think about and miss Nate every time I hear a Nate or Dre song for the rest of my life.
